I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. While I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, the dining options were severely lacking, especially for vegetarians. The staff's service was inconsistent, and the location was not as convenient as I had hoped, being quite far from major attractions. However, the pool area was a nice, well-kept feature of the hotel.

I had an incredible week at The Cephalonia Palace, where I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff were attentive and made our first holiday as a couple truly special. However, some aspects like the bathroom size and dining options left room for improvement.
