I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. While I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, the dining options were severely lacking, especially for vegetarians. The staff's service was inconsistent, and the location was not as convenient as I had hoped, being quite far from major attractions. However, the pool area was a nice, well-kept feature of the hotel.

I had an incredible week at The Cephalonia Palace, where I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff were attentive and made our first holiday as a couple truly special. However, some aspects like the bathroom size and dining options left room for improvement.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. The food offered a good variety but could use some improvement, particularly at breakfast.
